Sigma Inc. is seeking an Online Learning Specialist to support the management and delivery of digital learning experiences that enhance employee skills and provide on-demand resources.

The 6-month contract role is hybrid and local to Boston, MA, with the OD&L team onsite on Tuesdays. The candidate will assist with the migration of Cornerstone Galaxy and coordinate course uploads, roster management, QA, and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years LMS administration and online learning program management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update user documentation and help resources for LMS implementation and migration.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure courses meet accessibility standards and function properly across the LMS.
• Support course repository maintenance, content uploads, publishing, and organization of learning materials.
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and task planning for LMS migration and implementation.
• Upload and manage course content, training sessions, and learner rosters.
• Respond to LMS inquiries and assist with Tier 2 help desk tickets, including basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Online Learning and Development team to improve learner experience and platform needs.
• Utilize Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and daily operations.
• Perform other administrative and learning support tasks as needed.
