Qualifications

• 2–3 years of LMS administration and online learning program management.
• Cornerstone experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams/SharePoint.
• Experience in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• LMS Learning Experience Support and documentation creation.
• Assist with LMS implementation, migration, and user learning.
• Coordinate content migration, roster management, and QA.
• Tier 2 help desk support and basic troubleshooting.
