The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote per week) with responsibilities across document management, discovery support, and court filings. 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Ability to manage multiple case tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Document and database maintenance including e-data collections and searches.
• Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with discovery, Bates labeling, and court filings (state and federal).
• Draft, proof, edit, and file court filings using eFile systems.
• Support subpoena preparation and service of process; cite-checking/Bluebooking.
• Create authorities and contents tables for court filings; track case deadlines.
