Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, redline and proofread pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.
• Manage calendars, travel, and scheduling for attorneys.
• Coordinate discovery, exhibits, and trial preparation; maintain client files.
• Track billable time and review invoices in accordance with firm guidelines.
• Provide professional, proactive support to attorneys and staff.
