Qualifications

• Must have seven years of litigation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, redline and proofread pleadings, motions, briefs and related documents.
• Heavy case management and coordination with courts, clients, witnesses and opposing counsel.
• Coordinate travel, calendaring and support needs for assigned attorneys.
• Maintain client and administrative files per firm procedures and workflow systems.
• Enter and release attorney time and review billings for services rendered.
