The ideal candidate will have seven years of litigation experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software. The position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Legal Assistants must have a High School Diploma in addition to seven years of litigation experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time, work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), TOC, TOA, Styles and PDF software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, redline and proofread pleadings, memos, motions, and briefs at various court levels.
• Heavy case management and communication with courts, clients, witnesses and opposing counsel.
• Assist with discovery requests, deposition exhibits, and trial preparation.
