Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible disability claims experience.
• Attains and maintains appropriate TPA licenses in accordance with policy.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to train employees.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of claims professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensures operations are compliant with federal and state requirements.
• Assesses and implements process improvements and client relationships.
• Collaborates with partners on profitability of client blocks.
• Monitors metrics and adjusts tactics to improve outcomes.
• Conducts training sessions and participates in audits and outreach.
