Job summary

Geode Health is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling within a hybrid model, including onsite three days per week and telehealth two days per week.

We require an active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) and background in comprehensive assessments with strong EMR skills.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in Illinois.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and accurate EHR maintenance.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to treat a broad spectrum of conditions; 1+ year of psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set goals with clients.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals; provide crisis intervention if needed.
