Job summary

Geode Health in Texas is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. You will collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate services and support patients.

Most positions are hybrid: three days onsite and two days telehealth. Full‑time schedule, crisis intervention when needed, and opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Texas as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation of patient encounters.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and define treatment goals with patients.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care and crisis intervention when needed.
