Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking a Level II Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of healthcare food service accounts. You will own onboarding, drive adoption, and lead value-focused reviews with key stakeholders across client organizations.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, guiding clients through transformations, improving operational efficiency, and expanding product adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university.
• 4–6 years in Account Management and/or 5–8 years in Relationship Management, Customer Success or Strategist role.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and deliver value.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and handoff customers between Sales and Implementation teams with clear goals and milestones.
• Develop adoption rollout strategies and coach clients on new workflows.
• Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
• Educate clients on market trends, business objectives, and product capabilities to drive value.
