NextGen Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager II to advocate for client satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will partner with client executives and internal teams to align objectives, drive adoption, and ensure successful value realization.

You will build governance cadences, identify growth opportunities, and lead business reviews to optimize strategic alignment and outcomes for NextGen solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Healthcare administration.
• 8 years’ account management, sales, services, or related field.
• 6 years’ Healthcare IT vendor experience.
• 6 years’ healthcare experience in ambulatory or health system.
• 6 years’ NextGen experience.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for client satisfaction and retention for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients as trusted advisor.
• Lead governance, risk reviews, and communications to ensure delivery and commitments.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion within existing accounts.
• Plan and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Provide voice of the customer to product and service teams for innovation.
