Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Lending Change Administration Project Manager to support the Vice President of Lending Change Administration with policy, procedure, and training changes to loan products and systems.

You will coordinate project meetings, track status, mentor peers, and develop change management plans while liaising with internal teams and external vendors. Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of lending experience or Project Management experience or equivalent project management certifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate and document actions from a meeting.
• Strong problem-solving skills to progress project scope and encourage collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project meetings across the full project lifecycle.
• Track status and prepare stakeholder reports; develop policies and procedures.
• Liaise with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors; create work stream plans and WBS.
• Develop and maintain an organizational change management plan and communicate it.
• Monitor risks, maintain issues log, and archive project documents for future use.
• Plan and execute Loan Administration projects; coordinate across departments and discuss vendor contracts.
