State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a proactive Project Manager to assist the Vice President of Lending Change Administration with policy, guideline, and training changes related to loan products and systems.

You will facilitate cross-functional meetings, track status, and mentor peers while coordinating with vendors and internal teams across the project lifecycle. A strong background in lending or PM is required, with a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required with 5+ years in lending or project management.
• Experience with policy/procedure changes and training development.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and document project meetings across lifecycle stages for Lending Change Administration.
• Track status, prepare reports, and help develop policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors; mentor peers.
• Maintain an MOC/OCM plan and communicate schedules and risks to stakeholders.
• Support scope definition, requirements, and vendor discussions for projects.
