Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Loan Systems Projects Specialist to support loan servicing systems through analysis, testing, and documentation. You will collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to implement changes, develop design docs, and validate solutions that meet operations needs.

This role emphasizes planning, regression testing, and issue resolution across multi-step projects. A hybrid work arrangement and North Carolina residency are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in loan servicing or related financial services.
• Experience gathering requirements and validating solutions.
• Experience supporting system enhancements through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and vendors to document and review change requirements.
• Draft initial project designs and business requirements for review.
• Create test plans and scripts; perform extensive regression testing.
• Act as liaison across business, IT, and vendors through project lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot issues; document defects with steps to reproduce.
• Lead testing verification and timely defect reporting.
