Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm, legal environment, or professional services.
• Experience supporting attorney or law student recruiting preferred.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting databases, or similar technology preferred.
• On-campus interviewing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of lateral attorney and law student recruiting, including postings, resume review, communications, interviews, and search firm coordination.
• Schedule interviews, collect evaluations, prepare feedback, and arrange candidate travel as needed.
• Source potential lateral candidates via LinkedIn, legal databases, and bar publications.
• Conduct due diligence including bar verification, background and reference checks, conflicts information.
• Prepare and track offer and candidate correspondence; maintain accurate recruiting data.
• Partner with Recruiting Manager and attorneys to onboard new hires; support onboarding.
