Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Associate Administrator to coordinate the law student recruiting and summer associate programs. You will liaise with the firm, law students, and summer associates, supporting candidate engagement through post-offer activities and ensuring a positive experience.

You will work with the Legal Recruiting Manager and Administrator to manage interviews, program events, orientation, and data tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Two years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment or equivalent.
Preferred: law firm experience.
Law school recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys and law student candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Schedule screening, callback, and other candidate interviews; coordinate in-office interviews.
Maintain recruiting databases and candidate records with current information.
Track interview evaluations, hiring targets, and candidate activity for Hiring Committee.
Assist with on-campus, virtual, and in-office recruiting programs and events.
Maintain tracking of summer associate work assignments and evaluations.
Coordinate summer orientation and related communications and materials.
Be available to work extended hours during peak periods and during events.
