The position requires 2+ years of Florida workers' compensation experience, strong typing (70 wpm), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will manage calendars, draft pleadings, coordinate depositions, and maintain document integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2+ years Florida workers' compensation experience required.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistant support to 2+ Attorneys.
• Flag critical documents and deadlines to protect clients and the company.
• Coordinate meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions.
• Maintain attorney calendars and resolve conflicts.
• Draft templates for pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Assemble medical records and organize documentation.
