Goldberg Segalla LLP in Orlando is seeking a highly organized individual to support its Workers' Compensation attorneys with a high volume of work, on a hybrid schedule after initial on-site training.

You will perform administrative tasks including filings, drafting letters, managing calendars, and coordinating witness preparation while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy in all client matters. Formación

• Associate's degree preferred; 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys.
• Assist with filings, appeals, rebuttals, and other motions.
• Draft demand letters and pursue discovery from opposing counsel.
• Manage and calendar placeholders.
• Open and close files and complete information sheets.
• Coordinate witness prep per business needs.
• Daily management of attorney’s billable entries.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Maintain caseload and hearing trackers.
• Organize and reassign documents in the case management system.
