LOGS Legal Group LLP has an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This full-time role requires 1-3 years of data entry or legal assistant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will support financial institutions with creditor rights matters, organize documents, assist with court preparations, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of data entry or legal assistant experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Update internal and client systems within required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, label, and organize legal documents.
• Complete assigned work queue items on time.
• Assist with preparing items for court appearances.
• Review incoming documents and route to the appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging systems.
• Complete trainings in the Firm LMS.
