Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Leave of Absence & Accommodations Specialist II in Raleigh, operating on a hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tue–Thu. This role requires background in LoAA, HR operations, and handling sensitive data within systems like Workday and ServiceNow.

The position is on a W2 basis with potential extension or conversion depending on business needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of HR/LoAA experience or a Master’s with 2 years of HR/LoAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years HR/LoAA experience or Master’s plus 2 years HR/LoAA experience.
• Hands-on background in leave administration, disability, accommodations, or HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS tools.
• Strong empathy, exceptional attention to detail, and top-notch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Case Intake & Coordination: primary contact for intake, documentation gathering, case setup, and routing.
• Employee & Manager Support: provide timely updates and guide employees through LoAA processes.
• Audits & Data Integrity: reconcile vendor reports, audit Workday records, ensure precise documentation in HRIS.
• Process Improvement: identify workflow gaps, document FAQs, onboard new team members.
• Escalations: route complex cases to Senior Specialists and leadership with confidentiality.
