Qualifications

• Four years’ conventional leasing experience.
• Preference for multi-site or regional sales experience.
• Must be able to travel as needed and meet leasing targets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with leads and prospective residents visiting the community.
• Identify needs of prospective residents and help them find their perfect apartment home.
• Manage prospective leads and follow up in the lead management system.
• Learn key product and market differentiators across communities within the divisional footprint.
• Overcome objections and maintain a high lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease closing ratio.
• Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of make-ready apartment homes.
• Provide remote sales support, social media support, and marketing/outreach support as needed.
• Process applications in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move-in process.
• Prepare community for showings and maintain a clean tour path.
• Assist Community Director with market surveys and social media strategy.
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
