Rather than day-to-day travel, this assignment-based role steps in where support can make the greatest difference - offering a fresh perspective, hands-on leasing support, and proven best practices to help teams overcome challenges and build confidence. The Specialist quickly connects with each community's unique story, helping translate it into a compelling leasing experience that resonates with prospects.

Minimum Experience: Four years' conventional leasing experience with a preference for multi-site or equivalent regional sales experience.
