Qualifications

Adult learning theory and instructional design experience.
Change management principles and practices.
Learning technologies and learning management systems.
Microsoft 365 applications experience.
Learning analytics and performance measurement.
Credit union or banking regulations and operational environments.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted strategic advisor, building partnerships with leaders to uncover performance gaps.
Drive enterprise learning strategy with roadmaps that align to business initiatives.
Identify root causes and apply solutions beyond training, including coaching and process improvements.
Design and implement learning experiences across modalities: ILT, virtual, e-learning, blended, microlearning, videos, and job aids.
