Job summary

Executive Ethics Commission seeks a Learning and Outreach Coordinator to lead training design, development, and outreach initiatives. You will coordinate both virtual and in-person trainings, manage learning events, and ensure accessibility for diverse learners.

Under the Chief Learning Officer, you will build partnerships across State agencies, review ethics training materials for compliance, and monitor learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year minimum experience in training or outreach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain and update the LMS and coordinate learning events (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate with state agencies and external partners to achieve training goals.
• Provide guidance on ethics training compliance and outreach strategies.
• Monitor participation and outcomes, report findings, and adjust programs accordingly.
