Job summary

Servier US in Boston is seeking an Associate Director, US Ethics & Compliance — Compliance Training to advance a risk-based, business-relevant training strategy for the US organization. The role partners with Ethics & Compliance colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure employees understand expectations and make sound, ethical decisions in day-to-day work.

The position reports to the Head of US Ethics & Compliance and sits on the Ethics & Compliance team within Legal, Privacy, Ethics &

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance training.
• Experience developing training plans and curricula for adult learners.
• Experience with learning management systems, tracking, reporting, and training effectiveness measurement.
• Subject matter familiarity with key biotech/pharmaceutical healthcare compliance laws and policies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate a dynamic, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into practical, engaging training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the US Ethics & Compliance annual training plan, ensuring risk-based priorities.
• Enhance the training program with targeted, interactive, engaging solutions for key audiences.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, R&D, HR, IT, Legal, and others to identify training needs and deliver practical content.
• Design, develop, and deliver live, virtual, and online training on healthcare compliance topics and company policies.
• Manage training assignment, tracking, completion, and reporting, escalating overdue training as needed.
• Develop methods to evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, checks, trends, and stakeholder input.
• Use data to identify gaps and provide insights to leadership and business partners.
• Support policies, SOPs, and communications where training and awareness are required.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices and propose program enhancements.
• Cross-train with other team members to optimize continuity and balance.
