You will partner with SMEs, Product Management, and stakeholders to uncover needs, design solutions, and drive learning strategy in a hybrid setting in Schaumburg, IL or Alpharetta, GA.

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience managing learning projects from needs analysis through evaluation.
• Experience creating digital learning with authoring tools such as Articulate 360.

• Partner with SMEs, Product Management, and stakeholders to recommend solutions.
