Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant pedagogy experience required
• Minimum four years in synchronous, experiential learning design
• Minimum four years teaching, training delivery, and facilitation
• Minimum two years supervision/leadership of staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content development software

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and facilitation of competency-based, synchronous learning experiences
• Develop and deliver inclusive facilitator guides, resources, slide decks, and training materials
• Design high-impact experiential activities for real-world application and reflection
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise learning assistants and project staff
• Coach facilitators and SMEs to ensure delivery quality and alignment with objectives
• Evaluate synchronous programs using observations, feedback, and 360 reviews
• Collaborate to develop blended learning pathways with asynchronous content
• Support learning retention through coaching, action planning, and engagement touchpoints
• Provide instructional consulting to ASI departments for live training solutions
• Assist in dashboards, evaluation reports, and credentialing initiatives
• Support Aspire to Inspire professional development program delivery and tracking
• Collaborate with HR on compliance training as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning to support inclusive practices in training
• Maintain cross-department communication and participate in staff meetings
