Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Design (LxD) Partner to drive leadership development, performance management, and inclusion initiatives.

The role works with Leadership Development, Performance Management, Instructional Design, and Operations to connect expertise and coordinate support from planning through evaluation. The LxD Partner designs engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, self-paced, and social formats, facilitates workshops, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, OD, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in learning and development, education, counseling, leadership development, or talent management.
• Certification in leadership or development assessments (MBTI, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Experience designing blended learning, curricula, instructional materials, and facilitator guides.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers and leaders to identify learning needs and outcomes.
• Design accessible, cohesive learning experiences across in-person, virtual, self-paced, and social formats.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and team learning sessions.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement using data and feedback.
• Collaborate across L&D and Operations to align learning with organizational priorities.
