Health Care Service Corporation seeks an Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions. You will translate strategies into scalable learner experiences using Articulate Suite and Vyond, with SME input to ensure quality and applicability.

The role collaborates across teams, supports a hybrid work arrangement, and emphasizes instructional design excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build high-quality learning solutions aligned to established strategies and architectures.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure quality and real-world applicability.
• Apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and technical development (Articulate suite and Vyond) to solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and optimize learner engagement.
