The role emphasizes collaboration with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning experiences. Required at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and performance improvement principles.
• Ability to design across modalities—digital, in-person, virtual, and practice-based.
• Synthesize inputs to determine when learning is the right solution.
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate content into learner-centered experiences.
• Prototype, test, and measure solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
