Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in instructional design and delivery.
• Proven ability to create robust curriculums and training materials.
• Strong classroom training and virtual training skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of curriculum for team members and physicians.
• Design and deliver classroom learning experiences.
• Act as an administrator for Learning Management Systems.
• Create and maintain dynamic content for Learning & Development website.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer programs.
