HCSC seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and implement high-quality learning solutions aligned with enterprise strategies. You will drive the full development lifecycle, incorporating SME input and ensuring scalable, real-world learner impact.

The role emphasizes instructional design excellence, visual storytelling, and technical development using Articulate Suite and Vyond, with a hybrid work arrangement and a strong focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Experience with adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication.
• Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
• Ability to analyze information and identify solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external customers and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build high-quality learning solutions.
• Translate learning strategies into engaging, scalable learner experiences.
• Own the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
