Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and build engaging learning solutions that translate strategies into scalable learner experiences. This role centers on instructional design, visual storytelling, and development with Articulate Suite and Vyond.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience or 6 years in the field, with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form. Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
• Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
• Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.
