Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to foster HF culture and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise learning content across business units and strategy.

This hybrid role requires reporting to our NY office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 100 Church Street, New York, NY 10007, and involves coordinating with SMEs, updating materials, and delivering both classroom and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a trainer with SOP-based and multi-system instruction.
• Extensive experience facilitating learning and delivering presentations.
• Ability to master subject matter and become a product expert.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn latest learning delivery trends.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel 25-50% for onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver learning events across the enterprise.
• Serve as SME in design and development of learning content with business leaders.
• Maintain and update learning materials to meet criteria.
• Partner with internal teams to create and execute training plans.
• Collaborate across units to drive organizational change.
• Anticipate delivery challenges and mitigate with stakeholders.
• Manage learning environment and assess knowledge transfer.
• Handle logistics and communications for successful delivery.
• Stay current on unit policies and procedures.
• Use systems to deliver learning and generate reports.
• Suggest process improvements and lean evaluations.
• Lead change and process effectiveness; create process documents.
