UnitedHealth Group in La Crosse, WI, seeks a Supervisor for Client & Event Solutions to lead a team delivering high-quality client support and event coordination. The role combines in-office and remote work, with a standard 7:00 am–5:00 pm CST window and occasional overtime.

You will manage staff, enforce policies, and collaborate with the DOC to ensure timely event fulfillment. Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of leadership experience with 2+ years of people leadership in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years of client/customer solutions experience, with supporting Military contacts.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance as a condition of employment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and work full-time Monday–Friday with flexible 8-hour shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage a team of client and event solution professionals, ensuring contract expertise and adherence to standards.
• Monitor performance, triage daily requests, and maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operating standards to improve customer service and event delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients, resolving escalated inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, onboarding, and ongoing training for staff; generate regular performance reports.
