Job summary

Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI) within the Optum family seeks a Supervisor for Client & Event Solutions in La Crosse, WI. Lead a team delivering client support and event coordination for the Remote Health Readiness Program, ensuring excellent service and contract adherence.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and drive process improvements across operations, reporting, and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years of client / customer solutions experience, with supporting Military contacts.
• Must be able to obtain DoW/DoD security clearance and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client and event solution professionals for contract obligations.
• Monitor performance and ensure timely, quality work across teams.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards.
• Handle escalated inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for staff, with ongoing development.
• Prepare and analyze reports to support program goals.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Direct hiring, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure compliance with policy and contractual requirements.
• Gather and relay client feedback to leadership for improvements.
