This hybrid position aligns remote work with local site needs in Northern and Central California. The Bay Area salary range is $105,000 to $169,000, with discretionary incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Construction.
• Travel approximately 50% with occasional overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Applies advanced knowledge to projects in civil and electrical substations.
• Leads job scope discussions with Substation Construction Management Supervisors.
• Prepares scope documentation and contributes to contract decisions.
• Reviews RFPs to verify contractor financial data matches scope.
• Leads design reviews and discusses scope, schedule and dates.
• Assembles drawings and data for RFP and contract processes.
• Communicates with contractors and conducts site meetings.
• Manages workload data and supports team with system usage.
• Ensures contractors follow safety plans and environmental permits.
• Provides constructability reports and coordinates kickoff meetings.
• Documents billing and manages change orders; closes project records.
• Leads weekly construction meetings and maintains field records.
