Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Product Development Technical Lead on a hybrid schedule. You will guide engineering teams, collaborate with leadership, customers, and suppliers, and drive performance within the Electric Power Generation Project Engineering group.

You will review specs, lead RCCAs, and push for cost- and manufacturability-focused design improvements while developing training for engineers and coordinating with the ISC and field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years of industry or related work experience.
U.S. export controls compliance and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership of cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
Review customer specifications and input into compliance matrices.
Lead investigations and RCCAs for production and design issues.
Coordinate design to cost and design for manufacturability efforts.
Produce clear technical reports communicating findings and positions.
