Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in process improvement, business performance, operational excellence, analytics, or related areas.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead an initiative through analysis, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and results tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data and trend analysis.
• Experience developing business cases and quantifying cost reductions or productivity gains.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create decision-ready analyses.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and maintain momentum.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present findings to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis & insight generation: identify trends and inform decisions.
• Develop business cases and deliver quantified benefits and savings.
