Job summary

The candidate will manage end-to-end testing activities, develop dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate across teams to align with risk priorities. Hybrid work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering, pipeline safety, compliance, risk management, or control testing in utilities/energy.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline safety regulations (PHMSA/state) and control frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams, projects, or workstreams.
• Advanced analytics with large datasets and ability to derive insights.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver the annual control testing workplan.
• Perform daily testing activities and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Provide technical experience and adherence to internal control testing standards.
• Escalate risks, issues, and resource considerations to management.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Excel/Power BI; translate data into actionable insights.
