Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, pipeline safety, compliance, risk management, or control testing within the utility or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline safety regulations (PHMSA, state requirements) and control frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the annual control testing workplan.
• Conduct daily testing activities and monitor milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure adherence to internal control testing standards.
• Develop dashboards, models, and reporting using Excel/Power BI to identify trends and risks.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
