• Lead engagement with emerging suppliers, workshops, and initiatives that drive value and long-term collaboration.
• Support supplier strategies by integrating cross-functional input (Sustainability, Risk) and aligning plans to priorities.
• Resolve conflicting priorities across categories and Business Units; provide recommendations and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to supplier segmentation, governance, performance management, and evolution of the emerging supplier management approach.
• Partner with global and regional teams to support commercial strategies, contract risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
