Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 8–15 years of facility design experience to join our offices. You will work as a design engineer or discipline lead on projects including new building design, retrofits, and energy infrastructure, mentored by senior staff.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited), PE or the ability to obtain within 1 year, and experience in HVAC, energy modeling, and BIM. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of facility design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Design development from concept to detailed design across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and 2D/3D designers.
• Coordinate with disciplines and prepare design calculations and drawings.
