The candidate will lead large projects, ensure data integrity, and communicate findings to executives. A strong background in accounting/finance and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience, with degree.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in capital reporting and provide insights into capital generation results.
• Contribute to development of management reporting and detailed financial analyses.
• Apply subject matter expertise to large cross-functional projects.
• Clarify problems, evaluate options and develop practical solutions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to strategic and operational audiences.
• Extract financial data from accounting systems to support analysis.
• Identify and interpret financial data to assess past performance and project future results.
• Provide leadership and review work of junior staff.
