Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function across the organization. You will connect US GAAP performance with capital considerations and KPIs, delivering reliable monthly and quarterly management reporting and executive dashboards.

You will mentor team members and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making. The role is hybrid (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) with a salary range of $159,000 to $211,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of accounting/finance experience including eight years of management experience.
• CPA or MBA or Master’s in Finance/Data Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build an inclusive, high-performing FP&A environment with clear priorities, coaching, collaboration, and accountability.
• Lead enterprise FP&A activities translating performance into insights for senior leaders.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Actuarial, and business teams to source and optimize financial and operational data.
