Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, actuarial science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of accounting or strategic finance experience.
• Experience in capital management, FP&A, balance sheet management, corporate finance, investments, or related.
• Advanced knowledge of capital frameworks, allocation, forecasting, and instruments.
• Experience presenting financial/capital analysis to senior leaders.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex financial information.

Aufgaben

• Lead consolidation and analysis of capital information including leverage, liquidity, free cash flow, and positions.
• Manage capital structure and multi-year forecasting, scenario modeling, dividends, remittances, and capital optimization.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Finance leadership on capital decisions and returns.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual capital reporting and analytics.
• Monitor adherence to capital policies and address risks and control deficiencies.
• Partner with Treasury, Risk, FP&A, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and business units.
• Lead capital projects and cross-functional initiatives ensuring quality, timeline, and budget alignment.
