Job summary

Transamerica, a leading financial services company, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to provide advanced financial analysis, performance management, and finance transformation support for the FP&A organization. You will independently lead complex analyses and drive reporting across U.S.

GAAP, statutory, capital, and management reporting while enhancing processes and data quality. Collaborating with Actuarial, Capital Management, Investments, Technology, and business partners, you will

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of financial analysis experience in insurance/financial services or investment management.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, management reporting, and performance metrics to support planning and decisions.
• Maintain effective financial controls, governance, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain FP&A data solutions and dashboards using Power BI and cloud data solutions.
