Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to lead end-to-end development and launch of complex hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical projects within the FIRE portfolio of the Building Automation group.

You will report to the Engineering Program Management Director and operate from Atlanta, GA or Northford, CT on a hybrid schedule, guiding global teams and ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex engineering projects.
• 3+ years of hardware/software integrated product development with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs.
• Develop and maintain release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites to ensure timely execution.
