Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior accounting leader to manage a team of accountants and clerks. You will guide workflow, coaching, training, and performance reviews while overseeing billing, reconciliations, and process improvements.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week and two days remote. A base pay range is provided, along with an incentive plan; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or accounting required.
• 3 years accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead accountants and accounting clerks; manage workflow, coaching, and training.
• Oversee daily/weekly accounting activities; resolve billing and balancing issues.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and critical processes; implement improvements.
