Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead accountants and accounting clerks; manage workflow.
• Coach, train, and give feedback; participate in hiring decisions.
• Oversee daily/weekly accounting activities; resolve billing issues.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and account setup for new accounts.
• Monitor delinquency, settlements, renewals, and collections policies.
• Document processes and implement improvements; train new staff.
